About Me

Building practical tech solutions and learning out loud.
I’m Paolo Ibanez Medina, an Information Technology & Business Administration graduate. I enjoy hands-on problem solving, improving workflows, and building small systems or projects that are reliable and easy to maintain.
This website is my portfolio and my learning journal. I share projects, case studies, and writing as I continue growing toward IT support → systems administration → programming. I’m early in my career, so I focus on being consistent: build, test, document, improve.
Let’s connect!
What I’m focused on
Right now, I’m focused on building a strong foundation in:
– IT support and troubleshooting (clear communication + documentation)
– Linux and networking (home lab learning and small experiments)
– Web projects (WordPress/WooCommerce) and technical writing
I care about doing things the right way keeping work organized, writing things down clearly, and learning from each project so the next one is better.
Skills & tools I use
Here are tools I’ve used in school, work, and projects. I’m comfortable with them and continue improving through hands-on practice:
Technical: Linux • Networking • Python • Wireshark • WordPress/WooCommerce • MySQL/Oracle • Git/GitHub (basic)
Business/Docs: Microsoft Office • Process documentation • Project planning • Presentations • Jira
